Stimulus Bill

On February 17, 2009 President Barack Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). A section of the bill, Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) earmarked $19 Billion to help American physicians and hospitals switch from paper to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The bill offers a $44,000 incentive from Medicare to any physician who switches to a “Certified” EMR in a way that has “Meaningful Use.” klipMedical GUARANTEES that it will be "HITECH Certified" and we are committed to working with our users to ensure they are complying with the "Meaningful Use" standards the ensure reimbursement.
